+# Wahlordnung Codeberg e. V.
+
+## 1 Grundlagen
+
+(1) Es soll allen Mitgliedern die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, auch ohne Anwesenheit an einer bestimmten Veranstaltung an Abstimmungen teilzunehmen. Wahlen und Abstimmungen finden darum grundsätzlich gemäß der Satzung über einen dafür vorgesehenen digitalen Prozess statt. Beschlüsse direkt auf der Mitgliederversammlung können somit nur dann getroffen werden, wenn diese die Rechte oder Pflichten der Mitglieder nicht berühren.

+(2) Die Fristen für Personenwahlen und Umlaufbeschlüsse sind in der Satzung § 8 Abs. 3c festgelegt (aktuell: Zusendung der Unterlagen an Stimmberechtigte mindestens 2 Wochen vor Ende der Stimmabgabe).

+(3) Soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist, ist für alle Wahlen und Abstimmungen eine relative Mehrheit erforderlich.
+
+(4) Eine Mindestzahl von Stimmen ist nicht erforderlich.
+
+## 2 Personenwahlen
+
+(1) Alle Personenwahlen finden grundsätzlich per Fernwahl statt.
+
+(2) Die Mitgliederversammlung dient insbesondere zur (freiwilligen) Vorstellung der Kandidaten und als offene Frage- und Diskussionsrunde dazu.
+
+## 3 Umlaufbeschlüsse
+
+(1) Um unterjährig beispielsweise neue Finanzpläne oder Änderungen an Vereinsordnungen beschließen zu können, sowie über Anträge an die Mitgliederversammlung zu entscheiden, können Umlaufbeschlüsse als Möglichkeit zur Fernwahl genutzt werden.

+(2) Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Umlaufbeschlüsse ist die Wahlleitung.
+
+(3) Die Durchführung eines Umlaufbeschlusses kann gefordert werden:
+- jederzeit vom Präsidium
+- jederzeit von mindestens 5% der Vereinsmitglieder
+- jederzeit von mindestens 50 Vereinsmitgliedern
+
+## 4 Wahlleitung
+
+(1) Die Wahlleitung übernimmt eine – vom Vorstand bestimmte – Person, die auch den digitalen Prozess betreut bzw. administriert. Diese Person ist grundsätzlich für die Gewährleistung der technischen Anforderungen verantwortlich, und kann darüber hinaus die Wahlleitung für einzelne Abstimmungen auch an eine andere Person delegieren.

+(2) Stimmberechtigte Mitglieder können die Beaufsichtigung einer Wahl durch eine weitere Person fordern, insbesondere wenn die Wahlleitung selbst zur Wahl steht. Diese Person wird dann ebenfalls durch den Vorstand bestimmt.

+## 5 Technische Anforderungen
+
+(1) Der Wahlleiter muss sicherstellen, dass die folgenden Aspekte berücksichtigt werden:
+
+- An alle Wahlberechtigten wurde eine E-Mail an die dem Verein bekannte E-Mail-Adresse geschickt.
+- Jede wahlberechtigte Person erhält einen individuellen Token zur Stimmabgabe, der nur einmal verwendet werden kann.
+- Welche Person bzw. welcher Token für welche Option gestimmt hat, kann nach der Stimmabgabe nicht mehr eingesehen werden.

+# Election regulations of Codeberg e. V.
+
+## 1 Basic principles
+
+(1) All members should be given the opportunity to participate in votes even without being present at a specific event. Elections and votes therefore are organized in accordance with the bylaws via a digital process provided for this purpose. Resolutions can therefore only be passed directly at the General Meeting if they do not affect the rights or obligations of the members.
+
+(2) The deadlines for elections of persons as well as circular resolutions are set out in the bylaws § 8.3c (currently: sending the documents to authorised voters at least 2 weeks before the end of voting).
+
+(3) Unless otherwise specified, a relative majority is required for all elections and votes.
+
+(4) No minimum number of voters is required.
+
+## 2 Elections of persons
+
+(1) All elections of persons shall generally take place by remote voting.
+
+(2) The general meeting serves in particular for the (voluntary) presentation of candidates and as an open round of questions and discussion.
+
+## 3 Circular resolutions
+
+(1) Circular resolutions can be used as an option for remote voting in order to for example decide on new financial plans or changes to the association's regulations during the year, as well as to decide on proposals to the general assembly.

+(2) The elections administrator is responsible for the implementation of the circular resolutions.
+
+(3) The implementation of a circular resolution may be requested
+- at any time by the Presidium
+- at any time by at least 5% of the members of the association
+- at any time by at least 50 members of the association
+
+## 4 Elections administrator
+
+(1) The elections administrator is determined by the Executive Board and also maintains & verifies the digital process. This person is generally responsible for ensuring that the technical requirements are met and can also delegate the elections administrator for specific votes to another person.
+
+(2) Voting members may request that the election be supervised by another person, especially if the elections administrator itself is up for election. This person is then also appointed by the Executive Board.
+
+## 5 Technical requirements
+
+(1) The elections administrator must ensure that the following aspects are taken into account:
+
+- An email has been sent to all persons entitled to vote to the email address known to the association.
+- Each person authorised to vote has an individual token for voting, which can only be used once.
+- Which person or which token has voted for which option can no longer be viewed after the vote has been cast.
