Upstream luaconf.h is contrib/lua/src/luaconf.h.dist, while userland lua and loader lua have copies in lib/liblua/luaconf.h and stand/liblua/luaconf.h. Adjust whitespace, VCS tags, etc. to match upstream's version, for ease of comparison.
