- Added a new job 'read-version' to read the major and minor version from VERSION_PREFIX file. - Updated dependent jobs to use the version read from 'read-version' instead of hardcoded version. - Changed versioning format in multiple jobs to reflect the new versioning scheme based on the content of VERSION_PREFIX. - Created VERSION_PREFIX file with initial version set to 8.0.
