Jay Faulkner 4b58b8a823 Support filtering portgroups by shard ... This was somehow missed during initial implementation. Adding ability to filter portgroup by shard. This was mostly vibe coded with claude, with me interupting to suggest better implementations when it did something silly. Tested manually by a human using fake drivers :).
