Vasyl Saienko f7d0fbd830 Add standalone tests using direct HTTP links 
Adds two tests that uses direct HTTP link instead of glance:
  * pxe_ipmitool + wholedisk on HTTP server
  * agent_ipmitool + wholedisk on HTTP server
