Andrew Bogott 84a30d5607 trust schema: don't require user_id to be in uuid format 
The user id might come from an external provider
in which case we can't make assumptions about its format.
The constraint removed here is breaking the credential APIs for
ldap-based clouds.

OpenStack Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery
mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It
is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems,
such as LDAP.
