Takashi Kajinami b45a41f17c Drop workaround for sphinx-feature-classification < 0.4.2 
Since 1fb0127663e65dad1c1f000e1dc94e2bc67fed19 was merged in 0.4.2,
sphinx-feature-classification creates the destination directory if it
does not exist.

mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It
is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems,
such as LDAP.
