Doug Goldstein 1f407afe1c handle 'router create --flavor' option ... The '--flavor' option appears in the usage and arglist but is not actually parsed. The '--flavor-id' option is what is silently parsed. Since the goal is to allow the name or the id, this adds the '--flavor' option to being parsed.
