Jens Rosenboom 8c6cfb518b Add the bgp agent type to network agent command ... The neutron-dynamic-routing project provides an agent called neutron-bgp-dragent with type "BGP dynamic routing agent". So we need to add this option and can avoid using the deprecated neutron CLI e.g. in [1].
