Update git submodules

* Update openstack-ansible-os_horizon from branch 'master'
  to 4e6acbab7ca9c3f2c74e0cda7ea42463fc88987b
  - Replace deprecated libpcre3 with libpcre2
    
    Debian Trixie (13) does not have old libpcre3 packaged.
    
    With that modern Horizon should be compatible with pcre2 as well.
