* Update openstack-ansible-ops from branch 'master'
  to d447712ad4097a1fe37aaa9a6100eaf5994a9f4e
  - Merge "log-collect.sh - remove outdated code"
  - log-collect.sh - remove outdated code
    
    Remove code for SUSE and Gentoo - we now unsupported this OS.
    
    And for yum package manager, for RHEL now only dnf.
