* Update openstack-ansible-os_horizon from branch 'master'
  to a180175847f9b2a3f742b341b7f04ee53827c23e
  - Move horizon_lib_dir defining to main.yml
    
    Ensure that horizon_lib_dir is always defined by moving its task from the post_install task to main.
    This prevents undefined-variable errors when running only the horizon-install playbook (or when post_install tasks are skipped).
