Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update ironic-python-agent from branch 'master'
  to a17666cbfad1539e1d5906744ab888544885d9fe
  - Merge "Remove unicode literal from code"
  - Remove unicode literal from code

    All strings are considered as unicode literal string from Python 3.

    Closes bug: #1984037
