  - Merge "List strategies based on selected goal"
  - List strategies based on selected goal
    
    In Create Audit template form, only selecting specific goal,
    It list down all the strategies.
    
    For end user, it is confusing to see all the strategies
    for any goal. As all strategies are not linked with
    goal.
    
    This cr fixes the same by listing specific strategies based
    on selected goal.
