Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update cinder from branch 'master'
  to f5905f5ff78cb943518e133783295833c14f27d0
  - Merge "Fix updating service_uuid"
  - Fix updating service_uuid

    This patch ensures that after a successful driver assisted
    volume migration, the volume's service_uuid is updated to
    reflect the possible destination service's uuid.

    Closes-Bug: #2117273
