* Update openstack-ansible-os_ceilometer from branch 'master'
  to 34b13c4aabd8ee84966e84be5d3c92a4fe6242ac
  - Merge "Add coordination support to the role"
  - Add coordination support to the role
    
    Ceilometer can leverage coordination driver.
    With that we have an option to deploy and leverage zookeeper for such
    deployments.
    
    While we have already added support to some services, like
    Designate and Cinder, Telemetry remained unpatched.
