  to c8ef9fa6fbc398a85a0a8b0705a7ab4f5c4b978c
  - Merge "Pass pki_authorities var when installing CA certs"
  - Pass pki_authorities var when installing CA certs
    
    CA certificates can be bound to different backends.
    Because `pki_install_ca` does not contain any information about cert
    backends, playbook needs to be aware of `pki_authorities` to fetch CA
    backend from there.
