  - Merge "tox: Enable codespell by default and limit it to relevant files"
  - tox: Enable codespell by default and limit it to relevant files
    
    This makes sure that developers perform a good default set of checks when
    simply running "tox": unit tests, pep8, code spelling.
    
    Fix the two small spelling issues in current codebase.
