  to 84bab7a2467681b03e0cbc9fddf0a1fc0f6e5932
  - Delay string interpolations at logging calls
    
    This is a general best practise which brings (slight) performance
    improvements and also structured logging.
    
    Enable the hacking check to enforce it.
