* Update watcher-specs from branch 'master'
  to 8f7001f5cad94909fbe3bee92dd999a56fd48cb1
  - Add 2026.1 spec dirs and move specs implemented in 2025.2
    
    Update this repository to include 2026.1 directories for specs.
    Includes a spec template for 2026.1 that is based on the previous
    release one.
    Moves the implemented specs in 2025.2 to the "implemented" dir.
