* Update openstack-ansible-os_nova from branch 'master'
  to b1dfe41dff0228fa1f5ce6214a12a34364f58de6
  - Merge "Include both novnc and spice tasks if needed"
  - Include both novnc and spice tasks if needed
    
    nova_console_proxy_types assumes console types being a list, which means
    means that spice and novnc are not mutually exclusive console types now.
    
    Thus, we might want to deploy both of them, in case they are both in the
    list.
