* Update puppet-openstack-integration from branch 'master'
  to 756901d17869ddf741a7bc389bd558aef8d2fe6d
  - neutron: Omit ssl options
    
    These options were used by the monolithic neutron-server, which was
    removed. Now we use httpd + mod_wsgi to run the api service and it does
    not rely on these options for SSL.
