Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update os-resource-classes from branch 'master'
  to 001cfc9d9f8000753634b63b53b2a6e37a1302d7
  - Merge "Drop basepython"
  - Drop basepython

    This was required to support env with both python 2 and 3 are available
    but is no longer needed now since python 2 was retired long time ago.
