Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update devstack-plugin-ceph from branch 'master'
  to bf6929e7757366490637f3702aad9416d269e3ee
  - Bump ceph version to Tentacle

    Tentacle is the last Ceph release [1] and this patch bumps
    devstack-plugin-ceph to deploy this version.
