33bfc59951 src: Use HTTPS for all Wikipedia pages 
Now that Wikipedia supports HTTPS for all languages, we should
use https:// when possible.

Thanks Allan Nordhøy for the comment on weblate website.

fb7024a3b7 asciidoc: Fix link to English Wikipedia "Bash" page 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bash will not lead directly
to the page for Bash shell. Now using
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bash_(Unix_shell) instead.
