303d6827b1 fix(payments): use TrustKit pinning for payment routes 
The URLSession used in the RemoteManager by the PaymentsV2 subsystem is
not the same as the one used by PMAPIService, which causes login,
session refresh, and payments operations to fail in the VPN client.
